Salford lost tonight by 2 points against Huddersfield and we were emphatic winners v Hull KR. I would hazard a guess that there won’t be many changes in the squad apart from if Stevie Ward is fit to play.

Walker, Newman, Hurrell, Handley, Lui, Gale, Seumanufagai, Prior, Mellor, Ward, Dwyer, Sutcliffe, Myler, Cuthbertson, Oledzki, Evans, Smith, McLelland, Briscoe, Donaldson, Holroyd.

Walker; Briscoe Newman Hurrell Handley; Lui Gale; Seumanufagai Dwyer Prior; Mellor Ward; Smith.
Myler Donaldson Cuthbertson Oledzki.

Thought Salford were the best team and a tad unlucky. Losing a key player early on to concussion and then being without playmaker Kev Brown for the crucial last 10 minutes due to his unusual brain fart.

Martin will be back next week according to Agar.

Is Leeming a couple of weeks away?
Salford are decent side and we'll get beat if we're not on our game. They should have won tonight, but let themselves down in in the last few minutes.

Back row was our only weakness last night. If Ward fit definitely in. Martin I am hit and miss. But either way do not change the backs to accomodate Sutcliffe. Briscoe/Newman looked a good partnership.

I would agree the only place for sutcliffe is the bench where he offers at least some variety of cover

Should that have been a red card instead of yellow? Slow motion can make this look worse, but it looked pretty blatant to me.

I thought so. Can’t imagine him playing next few weeks

Ward in Martin I hear you but I think think he just had a bad game against Hull so I think he'll bench Martin (if fit) and start Mellor. That would mean Suttcliffe and Donaldson to miss out.
