Membership Query

I live just outside Edinburgh, so only get to a couple of games a season. This year me and my other half bought Supporter Membership about a week ago and bought magic weekend tickets. I haven’t received anything throughout the post yet. I just expected my card to be sent quite quickly. Does this sound normal or is it worth phoning the ticket office.
