Guys, can somebody offer me some advice please.

I live just outside Edinburgh, so only get to a couple of games a season. This year me and my other half bought Supporter Membership about a week ago and bought magic weekend tickets. I haven’t received anything throughout the post yet. I just expected my card to be sent quite quickly. Does this sound normal or is it worth phoning the ticket office.

Yes it sounds normal and yes it is worth calling the ticket office
