I put on the Hull match thread that I was told he was likely to miss the game with a concussion. Although he did play, same person told me he was complaining of headaches and should never have played that game.

Obviously that is only speculation but if true then someone needs hauling over the coals along with whoever let Hurrel continue when he was clearly not right

The club haven't done much will this last few years, but they are spot on here putting Stevie's health first and giving him an open ended break. Good luck to the lad, I hope he makes it through and back into rugby

Albert kelly missed pretty much all of 2018 with concussion issues but seems OK now so hopefully ward will come through it

Also hope he does as there`s a cracking player in there.
The concern is his ability to recover quickly.
His injuries before this always seem to take longer than others and either that or he is just unfortunate and when injured they tend to be bad ones.
Think he averages about 10-12 games a season which for someone of his age is pretty disastrous.
Hopefully he will come back fit and well in the not too distant future.

I was concerned by Hurrell being left on v Hull when he clearly wasn’t right. The same goes for Mellor last night. He clearly took a very strong impact to his head and was down for a while. I thought he should’ve gone off personally.

Stevie still having dizzy spells .I really do feel sympathy for this poor lad he seems a really decent person

If that's the case so long after, he needs to quit at the end of the season to preserve his long term health.

I'm sure there could be a suitable role in Social Media or suchlike for him.

Real shame for the lad and if anyone deserves a coaching gig at Leeds it`s him.
Makes you wonder how they were getting him off their books to TWP if this is still the case.

Toronto were/are a basket case when it came to recruitment.
