Agreed, he's the Captain I think? Each time I watch it, and its not often, I do expect him to give a stupid one liner and a wink or suchlike to the camera.

Anyway, it's not really sunk in that the RL has been suspended, Ive been totally preoccupied with saving my business But thought about it today, I know there is obviously far far more important things than a game of Rugby but those few hours at the end of the week were my biggest escapism from the poop reality of things, now that's gone

Nah Poseidon Adventure is just way over the top acting, it's annoying. I'm more of a Towering Inferno kinda guy - actually my fave is "Dante's Peak".

Currently watching "The Rain" on Netflix if anyone wants something topical.

Whatever the Govt announces over the next couple of weeks will determine whether the game survives short term or not. By that, I mean there will always be a game in my view, but clubs may need to mothball and players and staff lose their jobs for a while unless action is taken.

Things are going to get a bit crazy out there in civvy street everyone, hold on to your hats.

Regarding the game and fixtures, I don’t think the game can afford to lose the c cup or any fixtures.

I think they should be
Looking at extending the season to say December or even later if needed. The test series v Aus will need scrapping.

If the fixtures restarted with the c cup it could help reinvigorate the comp as everyone will be desperate to see some football.
2021 would have to start a bit later with a short off-season but the game needs every penny it can get.

Leeds have a few full games on their Youtube channel including the full sky coverage of the 72-0 Leeds victory over Saints in 2004, what a great couple of hours watch that was, amazing to see how much the ground has changed!

I actually missed going to that game for some reason or other, the atmosphere sounded incredible!
