Taking out peoples opinion on Richard Agar as a coach for a moment, he does come across really well, extremely knowledgable and a decent guy, personally I really hope it works out for him as head coach.

Ive always enjoyed listening to Tony Smith. Attended many coaching clinics over the years including a residential with TS and he is the most insightful of all to listen to. Not just from a coaching persepective but his world view.
