Not a surprise but i guess it's the best for his recovery.

More free cap space to bring in a quality player i hope.
The recruitment has been quiet or maybe the club are keeping things under wraps for now.

A player I was excited to see play for the Rhinos when it was announced, but disciplinary issues and his performances were very disappointing. Seemed to play better at second row, running out wide.

Hope he makes a full recovery.

Agree - I’m not sure he was ever going to be the out and out prop type we needed when we signed him and it’s another one that quite spectacularly hasn’t worked out, but I’m glad there is a line drawn now and we move on.

On a performance for price ratio probably one of the worst signings Leeds have made in a very long time let’s be honest, but good luck to him.

I hope Zane makes a full recovery seemed a great bloke off the pitch and a ayer that other players liked.

But he is proof that signing big names is not a guarantee of anything

Goid luck recovering from the heart issues, hope he gets to play again, but very glad its not for us. Realistically one of the worse value signings we have ever made.

The Tetevano signing was hailed by most people on here as a great signing but in hindsight we didn't get anything like the player we wanted. He was steady after he got over his disciplinary issues, but we needed so much more. It just goes to show that big names with NRL pedigree aren't guaranteed to make it in SL.

IMO he was a bit unfairly targeted by officials early on (it didn't help that his first red card came in a cup match against Saints on the BBC - if I recall correctly).

This signing is a classic antidote to the fantasy RL suggestions from many posters on the rumour thread about who Leeds should sign next.

Yeh, inevitable really.
Hope he recovers.

He was exactly what we all wanted at the time.
A prop who regularly started for the top team in the NRL, with international pedigree.
Great signing on paper.
But obviously in hindsight and for various reasons, just didn't work out.
And shows that big money, big name signings don't always deliver.

Good luck to him.
