Just finished season 2 and i have got to say that this is phenomenal television.
If you have not watched it yet, i can honestly not recommend it enough. The production values are very high and the plot sweeps and bends at a terrific pace.
Some of the characters are as vicious and vile as any i can think of and i honestly dont think there is one weak performance from the entire cast.
I am not normally interested in fantasy, but this is simply outstanding.
It truly is (and i feel a berk saying this) "Epic"

I can only concur - very much looking forward to season starting 3 next week, although I've spoiled it for myself a bit by reading all the books.
Fantastic telly!

The advert for GoT says they are showing all 3 seasons, but skipping fwd to next week, looks like only season 3 is on on Monday - anyone know when 1 and 2 are on so I can catch up??

Series 2 has just finished i watched the last episode last night to prepare for series 3. I cannot wait. IMHO this is without doubt the best series there has been on TV in years. The characters, the story, the acting, the script is just superb.
The next series promises to be brilliant a lot of characters will be leaving.
Spoiler alert
Being killed does not mean you are dead spoiler alert

One of my all time favourites. I can stand the LOR films but love GOT.

You've missed the re-run of 1&2; I would imagine they're both still available on catch-up though - go to the Anytime menu and have a dig around.

They've been advertising 1 & 2 as available on demand, with 3 starting on Sunday night on Sky Atlantic

Although I thought tonight's episode a little slow, I'm just glad it's back.
A couple of weeks ago I managed to buy 1-5 of the books from a charity shop for the grand total of £6 (£1 for 1-4 in paperback and £2 for 5 in hardback). Even though I'm still on book 1, it really is surprising just how little was left out in the making of the series.

I believe the book this series is based on is split into 2 books so expect this series to be a little slow in parts.
