What it's got to do with you I don't know but while your so interested, maybe you could answer for the owner.

I was thinking about the cladding of the stadium earlier whilst seeing these great stadia in the Euros2012 tourny, and lots of them have what looks like outer skins, I guess this could be done at saints almost like a long fence around the upper sections at the rear of the 3 stands in question, I guess it's costly, not sure on this, and also new plans would have to go in, but it's not rocket science what we are after.

I've no idea if we have funding, I guess thats the sticky topic.

Anyway you look like a fool saying that he didn't answer your question when he did. In the post you quoted. And seeing that a warning has been issued that's the end of the matter for me.
