To us REAL fans, there's no better feeling than winning competitions. Getting to a final is next. Then a top 6 finish or semi-final appearance. Then I suppose the derby counts as the most important league fixture.
Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.
Quite sad, really!
SPOT ON!

And no the pitch wasn't a quagmire. There were very few mistakes from either side, I've seen handling errors galore in conditions like this before but these two teams must both be congratulated for excellent defensive performances.

Spot on mate although some of our young lads that played first did say the pitch was not good.I thought it was a good old fashioned game of rugby league with both teams slugging it out for a hard fought victory. Both teams got plenty of applause when they came over to the terrace at the end.
