Imagine having the job of coming up with these figures:

"We need to put some figures on what is the ceiling limit for the human body in terms of impact and recovery time."

Great article from Jon, seems a bit mature for him though, I was waiting for the "but its ok, we all drive porsches and own butty shops in cheshire, so were having a ball"...

Aye but Wilko's butty shop is in Culcheth which aint really Cheshire is it Syddley? More like a suburb of Leyth or Golborne.
