FWIW, I don't think Demetriou will be punished. He may be cited and get a warning letter but that will be the extent of it.

JD wil get a warning and KC will get 2 games, but we'll see.

The rules are clear - the video ref can only adjudge on what he is asked to by the ref. Why do you think the ref tells him what to check?

Have you an upto date link to a copy of the rules??

Mines from 2004 and makes no reference to what the video ref can judge on.

How do you know what Halibut asked him to check??

The BBC seem to think he checked the JD fend off.

The Sky guys (with the benefit of slo-mo) were unanimous that JD fouled Wello.
However, their opinions, like mine and yours don't change the scoreline.
Just because the ref didn't see it it doesn't mean you are right.
