Just read that Flash came up with 52 tackles. Awesome work. He was also Johnny on the spot to touch down the ball after Turner knocked it out of Philbin's hands. We'll need more of this from him if Wilko is injured.
Not a bad average going forward, either.

Flash is the ultimate squad player. People slate him not being good enough but he's a squad player. He won't play when all the players are fit but when he comes in he gives 100%.

Personally I'd keep him. These type of players that help win grand finals. He might not score the winner or make the breaks but everytine HES on that field you will get 100%.

Remarkable stats from Flash, for me he always tackles above his weight, does,t usually make a lot of metres on average but he certainly put in a performance at the right time.

Mose, Roby and Alex 17 tackle busts between them as a front row onslaught, bet Westwood woke up from a nightmare this morning.

To be fair, when Flash tackles you, you generally know about it. Much more Physical in the tackle than Wilkin, but Wilkin makes up for it in intelligent targeted defence and leading/upping the line tempo.
If Flash can take the opportunity to develop that sort of thing, then we'll do very, very well from him.

Really good shift from Flash. As well as touching that ball down, he put in a massive tackle on Philbin which caused him to knock on. It was late in the game when Wire were rolling us a bit, and it turned the game back in our favour.

Flash had the workrate - but Percy had the style. If there's a centre with better tackling technique than Percy in this league I've not seen him.

Flanagan's best performance in a Saints jumper.

I have thought for a while that Flash has been a victim of bad coaching. He needs to play some big minutes and start matches. He does not have the biggest impact per minute but he can keep going the whole game. Using him for 15 mins off the bench is a waste of time. Even if he cannot do it every week I would rather him play every other week than play short minutes and look poor as a result.

Flanagan was exceptional last night. Is he playing for a contract somewhere perhaps? On that showing he's NRL quality and we should definitely keep him. I can't say I've seen that from him too much though, probably once or twice since he's been with us.

I think KC needs some credit for last night. The interchanges were done right, there was never a period in the game where it felt we were being dominated. Typically with us that's been when Walmsley and Amor are off the field.
