You're right Bird isn't as bad, after all he's only been convicted of one assault, Leon's now been convicted twice.
Did you miss the bit about him telling the police it was his mate that did it even though the mate had been caught on CCTV leaving hours before the assault? Still at least he phoned his mate and told him he'd grassed him up to the police. Then he carried on telling the police and the court he hadn't done it even though the neighbours heard every word (and deed).
