It was a combo of that and of the '76 Challenge Cup Final and '85-87 home shirts. Unfortunately the current trend to stick sponsors everywhere makes it look more like the St George one That is a great shirt though, if a bit expensive.

Yeah maybe.

It's just a personal preference not liking them in the middle of the shirt. There isn't anything actually wrong with them in that part and your design is good.
