We have a gap in the squad, left by Penny's loan to Widnes and Gleeson's departure....we fill it with a proven winger, which arguably we don't have at present.

If it goes well, then great, if not, we bin him at season's end....win-win situation, I reckon.

People seem to be assuming he is going to suddenly become our first choice winger....in reality, he is simply good experienced cover for when it gets to the serious part of the season.

Might do a job for Wire as he'll allow King to move back into the centre position. A bit of a gamble but Tony Smith is a man who knows what he is doing.

A calculated gamble.

Hes had less miles on the clock because he game to the game late and played very little first team for the last season.

What thats says for penny`s career though cant see him back unless BC is total crap
