I'll never forget Andy Goodway rejecting Tommy for GB on the grounds that his "form isn't good enough" - despite the fact that he had been MoM for Saints three times in his last five games.

That would be Andy Goodway who left out Chris Joynt for Andy Hay, right?

I even think when he brought Joynt back in for the 2nd test, it was at the expense of Paul Sculthorpe (wire), leaving Hay still in- correct me if i'm wrong
