TP ain't fell out with the club over contract talks it's all rubbish.

However, saints did offer a year rolling contract but TP said he wanted two if he stayed. Saints went away and came back with very good two year deal.

Andy Wilson can't make up his mind. In the other article, where he tells about our new signing, TP is off to Warrington!

exactly, thats as you say is how negotiations work! we wont have initially offered him our best offer and he will have initially asked for more than he would have been happy to settle for!

Can't see the pull of joining a team who celebrate winning an ordinary league match against the club you're already at like most big clubs celebrate winning titles.

Spot on, that's why they called contract negotiations.

I feel that TP is the one we need signed up. We are totally different team when he's on the pitch. His go forward is awesome and puts the fear of god in defenders when he has ball in hand.

He's just as important to us as jammer in his own way.

I didn't ever think that he'd fell out, where has that been mooted? (if its me it wasn't intentional). Given TP's only comments where stay or go home, it appears another agent conducting everything with press rumours etc.. to bump the contract up a bit.

I understood we offered 1, they offered 2 and then we countered with 2 and this release is where we are at present.

If TP stays that will give us perry, roby, TP, LMS, Sia, laffranchi, clough, wilkin, magennis, Moore as our first choice forwards with Dixon and ashurst waiting in the wings.

Royce says we are talking to two more players to bring in, I'd like a good rough starting prop in to replace jammer and start with perry, Bryce Gibbs or king would be ideal IMO.

I'd like a centre as the other spot, It be nice to have a good centre partnership for first time in 3yrs

That would be a pretty handy pack going into the new stadium!!!

Would signing a centre put Meli back onto the wing and mean Gardner would definitely be going?
