Yes. He was in the 2008 world cup squad and played for NSW this year. Manly want to keep him but are only offering a 2 year deal, he wants 3.

Good solid player who wont let us down and unless we have a Billy slater lined up then Wellens will be staying. He as a year left on his contract.
