Realistically in a sport with a very short career, and the prospect always there of a career ending injury in your next game, if somebody comes in an offers a player 3 or 4 times more money than he is on at the moment, then you are going to think about it.
I am sure I read somewhere that Ashton is on between 350-400k, and the majority of England rugby union players will all be on 200-300k minimum.

Foster is up to the grade. He's as good as any winger in SL (None of them are particularly amazing).
If he is unhappy he should get a new deal. A young player who comes in, scores tries, kicks goals and who is solid defensively should be rewarded. Players who spend 3/4 of the season injured should not.
