The same applies to most Aussies we get over here to be fair. Most of them are at the back end of their careers so it's generally about what they have done. Sometimes, a new place and a new challenge can freshen them up. Still waiting for that so far as Perry is concerned of course.

When finally given a chance in our first team he was fantastic for the back end of the 2009 season. He was tireless in everything he did and iirc made something like 62 tackles at your place. He has a cracking pair of hands aswell and was always willing to take the ugly carries in.

I'd have liked him back at Wigan but we simply don't need anymore backrowers.
