Looks good, although I think it'd look better without the backgrounds and just the faces blending into the flag. Might be difficult to design, but I'm sure Ski can try and photoshop it.

I can photoshop the backgrounds from the faces once its been agreed on a final design and players etc no problem.

Would it be worth trying different colours aswell? Maybe a red background or is that not feasible for such a flag?
