As for his age, well we can't have youth all over the pitch, we need balance not youth at all costs. Manu would provide us with an over 30 in the 2nd row, Wilkin a high 20's, Sia a low 20's and Dixon a young un.

Manu appears to be getting better with age and doesn't get many injuries. Would be a quality signing on a 2 year deal.

Hull and Manu seem to have agreed a deal, then his agent asked for more money. Talks are still ongoing as Manu wants to stay but his agent is looking at offers, a few clubs showing interest.

I was chatting to sia last week and it looked pretty clear he was staying within him actually saying as he loves saints and his mrs loves it here.

It don't add up with what I was told and that's why I'm not mentioning any names or clubs as I can't see and of our overseas leaving either.

I heard like a few on here we are after Willie Manu correct me if I am wrong but didnt he get picked for the England elite squad a couple season back so would that mean he would count as a quote player

He signed pre 2008 so is exempt.

He's exempt from quota whether he played Engand or not. Signed for Castleford in 2007 and therefore comes under the pre 2008 ruling.
