Would be interesting to see if this was always the plan or whether the furious backlash from the public over the cladgate scandal has caused this.

I don't understand architects plans at all but when there is northings and eastings, can one assume that there is southings and westings? Or do northings and eastings mean something other than the location of the stands (ie north south east west)? Because, you see, if they ARE related to the stands ...

where's the flippin West Stand cladding?!?!?
