For me, the classic was his chip over in the 2004 final against wigan which led to one of our tries.

Showed all his best qualities - big match player, cheeky and confident as French Connection UK.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the tackle against the Broncos at the Reebok when he cleaned out the bloke into touch.
