Staggered to hear that Dibble set up mobile metal detectors to check HKR fans getting off the coaches.
It is also the only home fixture where Mreseyside's finest send horses. God knows what that has cost the club.
Only danger of any trouble errupting was if I'dve got within striking distance of that numpty Smith

The metal detectors are part of an anti knofe crime initiative.

They weren't targetting specific supporters, both sets of fans were going through.

They had one set up near the black bull for instance, I guess that one caught the majority of the saints fans.

They were also handing our fliers and putting them on car windscreens etc.

Anyway, as you've now found out, some Saints fans were getting targetted so whatever you said in the first place counted for nothing and what I've said subsequently has even less importance than it did to start out with.

I didn't notice any metal detectors last night myself but then I get out of the car and walk straight to the ground coming in from Eccleston so I probably don't get to see much of the traditionally livelier spots.

Average attendance of 14,420 so far. No doubt that will nose dive when we play Salford, but it's nice to have for now.

If i'm truthful, i didn't think it was a great following from Hull KR. I thought there was plenty Saints fans though, so far so good.
