Like I said, one dimensional comments. We all know Meli drops the ball at key moments. But if you can't discuss any other aspect of his game without that one point killing it dead then maybe debateing forums are not really your scene.

maybe if you cant accept that other people have veiws as well, then they might not be for you. Just because people dont agree with you doesnt make them wrong

Right at the moment Meli is completely effin' useless to Saints because he's on the other side of the world, but making such a point whilst talking about the attacking style of play and his contribution to the team therein would be equally irrelevent and thus unfair and gratuitous.

Just making the same obvious dig because of the grand finals etc. is so one dimensional. Surely you've got more about you than that. Surely you're more than capable of recognising shades of grey, you know, pluses amd minuses and all that. It's such complexities that make discussion interesting.

Exactly, it's about looking at the bigger picture and it annoys me when people just harp on about the GF (or both) it's a far bigger problem than just 2 games it's just we dont play Leeds everyweek in high pressure matches

In the last 3 years I've driven my car lots and lots, often extremely well and people have said how well I drove.

In that time I've only made two mistakes, one when I drove into a petrol pump which exploded and one when I drove into a river.

I wish people would stop going on about my mistakes and focus on the positives.

It's not that other people have different views. We all know that in certain circumstances Meli is a liability. I know that, you know that, we all know that. The difference is that some people can't see past it and boringly bring it up whatever is being talked about, whilst other people can see there's more to it than that.

The former is called one eyed obsesive, the latter is called debate.

I disagree, its not one eyed, its fact, again just because i dont agree with you doesnt make me obsessive, just that i have a different opinion to you. If you want a debate, then debate, dont rely on trying to slur people who disagree with you as one eyed
