Given that Frodsham, Emmitt and Yates look pretty good at the moment 1 year of a 35 year old Steve Price may be all we need. I imagine we would have signed Wiki if he had not been after a longer contract.
Remember Kevin Ward was 35 in his last season for us and would have probably played on for another year or 2 if he had not got injured.
We would probably get some stick but who cares. I don't understand the mentality that a 23 year old 2nd grade/fridge player is better than a 30+ year old international.
Looking at the centres Ropati and Soliolla would be excellent signings but i doubt they will come over here in their prime.
Oh and the guy that said Moi Moi would be a good young signing forgot 2 things.
1. He is 30 next year.
2. He is a show pony.
Anyone that thinks we need a left centre right now has clearly not been going to any games this year.
In the end we will only know where we need to make signings at the end of the season when we know which young players will be ready and which won't.
But back to the fun, my rumour for next year is........
