As a Rovers fan, and after the Ben Cockayne situation, and yes I know what Cockayne did was worse, a lot worse, I don't think Pryce should have any further punishment put upon him by the club.

Saint will use I'm sure that in court it was stated that he was there as peacekeeper and at the end of it all, he pushed someone to the ground, Ryan Bailey near on kicks the poop out of someone every week but gets away with it as it's on the pitch.

I for one hope that Pryce, one of the best british players on his day, carries on doing what he does best as part of a very good Saints team.

So...in your jobs? What would happen? I for one would be sacked were I convicted of assault. I'm sure a lot of you would too.

Your correct Saints will do nothing and rightly so. As for anyone else getting sacked for this kind of thing it would depend on your line of work.

Most employers if you were one of the most pivitol workers in the country at your job and important to the success of the business would keep you on. Money talks.

Thats nothing to do with Justice, just how an employer would react, which is business not justice.

So a job where you are a role model in the community? A job where you have an influence over children who might look up to you and aspire to be like you?

A job like that it would be important to have someone without two convictions for assault I would have thought. You disagree?
