Hansen doesn't count, neither does Leuluai.

Smith is going back, and possibly phelps as well.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quota_players#2010 According to this, its 6 including Kolpack. I can understand hansen is academy trained, but how does Luelui not count on the quota? By quota, i mean one of the 6 foreign trained, not the quota of 5
