I'm greatful for our pack I really am. Our backs aren't very good.

Fitzy and Orge have been awesome signings and in Manu I honestly wouldn't swap him for any other backrower in the league.

The amount of times he throws defenders off him even when he's stood still is sheer quality! Quality hands, sidestep, fast and a big hitter. The guy has the lot!

Very bold claim. Why in your opinion are Hull so crap then? The reason I ask is that, like you say, we have managed the double over you, and next week we could very easily be sat on the same points as you.

Hull are at the same level as Saints. Anyone who believed we'd 'smash' Hull with that side we put out last night they need their bumps feeling.

Once I heard the bench announced I feared the worst and I'm normally very optimistic about our chances as you all know. Such a weak back row and a bench that was next to useless isn't a very good combination. When you factor in we had Tony P, Maurie and Sia, our three biggest and strongest forwards, plus two of our most creative players in Kyle and Wilko it was never going to be an easy game. A narrow win was the best possible result and we weren't far off that at all. The killer try was the second after half time, that gave them such momentum that it was only a matter of time.

I have said for a few years now, i'd have him at Saints anyday, the guy is absolute quality, so strong too.

Very, very good player.

I can't quite grasp the thinking of some Saints fans who are calling the performance last night.

Bigger and better Saints teams than the one Potter had to field last night have gone to Hull and been smashed (probably against worse Hull teams) and yet you are still whinging.

Given the side you put out I think you should be proud of the efforts that the team put in - given the same injury list I am sure there isn't a club in the league who wouldn't struggle to win games - see Leeds as an example earlier in the season.
