I don't think does much in training either. KP does most of the training using Simmons odd methods.

Well, at HKR we played very well for 20 minutes then decided we couldn't be ahsed defending for 60 minutes. On Friday we played very well for 60 minutes then decided we couldn't be ahsed defending for 20 minutes. Improvement = 40 minutes. Lesson learned = a match lasts longer than 20 minutes.
