I don't see why people have such a downer on Frodsham, he's been solid enough when he's played in the first team and has never let anyone down.

Solid is not a word to describe Frodsham even Sean O'loughlin flopped him at the DJJBWE Stadium :?:

Frodsham in 2-3 years once he's got some meat on his bones and grows a bigger pair of balls might be usefull to Saints

To be fair, he is 19 and O'loughlin is having a very good season. As you say though he needs a couple of years in the gym. Even Jammer wasnt sensational until he was 21, and that was freakishly early for a prop!

What's your point, O'Loughlins a tough tackler?

As Dux says, Frodsham has a big frame, but looks a little lightweight on it. Emmit looks heavy and more robust, but isn't he a couple of years older?

Jeez, 19 year old rookie is tackled by international player noted for his defence over everything else.

That's pretty pathetic really.

I think frodsham may well be good prop but needs to be brought in slowly and in correct games.

He looks big lad for his age but think he needs to build strengh up.

He got plenty of time yet.

Without having seen much of Frodsham's junior career I'm kind of wondering whether he's being bounced around because he's too light (which, hopefully, will be corrected by the age of 21) or he RUNS light (which isn't correctable). There's a difference. Look at Karl Pryce - he has the frame of Willie Mason and yet he hits the line like Paul Bishop.

That remains to be seen but IIRC he has been England captain at junior level, so you'd imagine he must have some grit about him.

Yes he did captain England.

I think his confidence was knocked when burgess smashed him with his 1st run and he had to be taken off.

IMO DA should have tried to get him back on pitch and take few drives and do few tackles to get it out of his system soon as poss.

He was left to stew over what was bad debut which prob knocked him more.

If I was in that situation I'd rather just got back on pitch.
