I was gutted as I sloped away from easily the most inept performance I've seen in years, but realised Leeds' hammering at home by Quins means the game simply doesn't matter in terms of winning the hubcap and getting the prime play off position.

FWIW I thought Meli, Maurie and Roby were half decent tonight. The less said about the rest the better, particularly Gilly.

I would also like to plead with Harry Potter for James Graham to be rested sometime very soon. Purrrleease.

It's not arrogance, Saints are not realistically going to finish lower than 2nd are they? I'm not suggesting we couldn't lose, but the results between the 'other' sides are so completely random that Saints will make the top 2.

It was just taking it for granted. There's a long way to go in the title race, and saints and leeds have been hardly rampant have they

i think he meant it didnt matter in terms of the table, loosing could have closed the gap to 2 points but because leeds lost it still stays the same and its a gd time to loose really, having a massive winning streak behind your backs dosnt always work well

Exactly.

Saints beat themselves tonight by simply putting in a pathetic display all round. Apart from a ten minute purple patch, we were awful summed up by our last tackle play in the 1st half where we went from the 10 metre line to handing the ball over on half way!

Full credit to Bradford, they played with more enthusiasm and deserved the points.

Exactly we really didn't deserve to win. Bradford were the better team on the night and deserved to take the points
