does anyone know what time the ticket office is open as ive tried the website but i cant get on it and tried phoning but it says its all closed.

i was going to phone and book these tickets but ended going over this morning as the phones were saying they were shut.
when we arrived they had turned the phones off because it gets busy and they have only got 2 members of staff in the ticket office on a saturday morning.

it was dead when we were there (empty ticket office) so i dont know where they get the busy from!
