I've noticed on reading the write-up's recently that Kieren Hyde has been moved to stand off. I don't get to the reserve games, and I was wondering if this is just to accommodate Michael Platt, or if it looks like his natural position?

Heard Kieran Hyde has signed for Cas. Nailed on apparently.

Yeah he is playing Stand Off for the reserves because Platt is playing full back.

given halleys form plus platt and sykes who can cover fullback hydes probably got a better chance of breaking through into first team at standoff as things stand.

He's playing stand off for the reserves because they are struggling in the halves Colton Wray and Stuart Proctor haven't been performing.

Thought Steve Crossley looked strong in reserve game, perhaps it's time to put another prop on the bench and stop moving Burgess from position to position mid game.

The trouble is up to till Friday he hasn't been playing well enough to make the first team squad.
