What exactly are these 'dividends' it will pay?

The season is effectively over, what does it matter if the dropped players have blinders for the rest of the year?

Reading it I'm not sure Kopczak is being criticised for effort, nor should he be, but his tackling technique needs some work and for all we know he's not been playing to the game plan (what ever it might be).

What a masterstroke from McNamara. The innovation being shown here byhim goes against everything I ever thought of him.

After all, who ever thought about dropping underperforming players before? What a genius!
