It probably doesn't matter TOO much, but our junior sides seem to be taking a bit of a bashing all round at the minute. Anyone closer to this know the reasons behind it? Do we have loads and loads of injuries?
I know the 20's have had players pulled into the first team squad and a couple of lads are out on loan, but at the beginning of the year this wasn't the case as much and results were no different.
It concerns me a bit too. While results aren't the be all and end all they are if we're getting stuffed. That said the likes of Olbison, Burgess and Donaldson have done ok in the 1st team and would be a loss to any U20s side. Add to that the other missing Burgess along with Crookes and Finegan on loan and maybe we're a bit short of quality?
