He is, and he has retired. Rhys Jacks on the other hand plays/played for Souths Logan Magpies in the QLD Cup. No idea whether he's any good or whether he has signed for us, but he is definitely a half-back...

there's another 6 min highlights clip you would find him on, NSW 2010 which seems to show him 90% of time at dummy half? Backup hooker and able to cover 6 or 7 as required?
