I think his problem at Wigan was that he tried to change things too quickly. If he came here he wouldn't have that problem as we have all the makings of a good team but just don't have any leadership at the moment.

That's more down to the level of club he's at.

Quite possibly he did, but what are the chances he will wnt to change things here?

Do you think one of the problems with McNamara is that he is trying to force a style that the Bulls are not used to? And one that has never worked for us?

We are good at hard tactics

Lets face it, we are a powerhouse team with power house players, and also lets face it, when we get it going, we are bloody good at playing like that arnt we?

IMO that's McNamara's biggest fault we don't have any tactics.

He probably would as any coach coming in would too but i don't think the situation would be as pressing as when te took over at Wigan.

Grrrrrrr, Im so frustrated right now.

He seems to have very limited amount of tactical knowledge. He also doesn't seem to have any fire in him. Youre dead on, there is no game plan, or no basic structure, we are just hitting it up either one from the ruck or just passing it straight along the line and not direct.

Ive also thought we look extremley unfit. I dont know what Clawson is having them doing but its certainley not training hard enough. Ill be honest though, Ive thought always sinse Clawson came in and Jennings left that we lost that pysical edge over the rest of the teams.

It might mean something, it might mean nothing - but I thought even the respective warm-up's tonight spoke volumes, Leeds' seemed a lot more intensive than ours did.

Conversely, in the past, I often thought we were putting too much into them - I can see now what tactic has the better lasting effect.

I think the entire coaching set up is well under par. The principles that Brian Smith instigated into the Bulls seem to have gone through the window.
