Nice enough try - but no cigar

You cant blame me for trying, you are the one who has solicited the negative posts. :D

Whilst this was a fortunate win I do hope that this is the beginning of a run of wins, however Cas may have something to say about that.

Didn't Alex Ferguson have a lucky cup win 18 years ago just before he was to get the push. The rest, as they say, is history.

When you're a Bradford fan there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Unfortunately it's usually an oncoming train

Yeah, but Ferguson already had a management pedigree in the scotish leagues and had already won tropheys and that's why he was given the leniency. McNamara has yet to win anything.

And I've already stated in other threads that it's still only 1 win in 5 games so I shall reserve my enthusiasm until winning becomes the norm instead of the exception

The more restrained criticism came on the back of a few poor performances, including one that was frighteningly bad. Just as it would be unreasonable to question the players and the coach after just one bad performance, its a bit early to think that everything in the garden is rosy.

And of course, very few Bulls fans witnessed the Catalans performance.

But it hasn't stopped the whingers and moaners, who weren't there from their usual ascerbic comments about things they know nothing about because, of course, they weren't there.

And as we all know if you weren't there you can't make any comment at all.

Well im feeling positive, we played some great stuff in France, i wonder if IdleBull will be back watching after his letter to Peter Hood saying he wouldn't go again until they got rid of Macca, that was a pathetic thing to do, if we do start stringing wins together, it will be interesting to see if he comes back lol

I am looking forward to the weekend which has not been the case for the last couple of weeks, I know we are still along way from a polished article but thats what being a supporter is about for me. Hope to see some of you at the jungle.

What I am looking forward to most is seeing an improvement in performances from now until the end of the season. I dont mean every week, but if we can find a bit of a rythm and string a few wins together then I think we will be in the mix of top four. All the sides are going to lose games this season, and all sides will lose games they dont expect, just like Leeds will get beat at Odsal on good friday.
