Semi was outstanding

I think Sam read my comment about him having no bottle. Class performance tonight. Lynchy was outstanding too. Played Graham off the park. Sykes/Jefferies combination was brilliant, slightly clumsy at times but the turn of pace compared to Deacs is immense.

Not a bad performance in the bunch.

Special mention for Matt Cook who has really stepped up to the mark these last few weeks and was outstanding tonight.

Burgess was fantastic tonight. The big hit on Maurie set the tone. Brilliant.

I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.

The only gripe I have with Cook is he's started to give needless penalties away again. It's a problem which effected him when he first broke in to the team.

I think, at the moment, a lot of the silly penalties he and Langley seem to be giving away come down to the fact that they get through a lot of defensive work, and we seem to struggle when it comes to slowing our opponents ptb and momentum down by legal means.

Cook gave away a penalty when he'd just come on.

I didn't mean they were giving them away because they were tired as such, just that they seem to be doing a lot more work than a lot of others, so are more likely to be giving the penalties away.

Of all the Bulls players this year, Cook has given it all. Grafts. Is all heart and invaluable.

One question - has anyone ever seen Langley pass the ball? Great player, but must have had some passing coaching somewhere...

He has been dissappointing since his early promose. Not great player but geat grafter though not always as effectual as you would expect.

Agree with all of the above. The pack really muscled up. Langley had his best game in ages as well. That was also Koppy's best game as well.

I was disappointed with Halley as he was outmuscled for a few of the tries. Also disappointed with Sherriffe today.

Overall however an outstanding team performance, and one of the best in years.
