Deacs justified his selection, Macca was right to pick him. Our centres were both quality aswell, Nero was good on his first game back aswell.

TBH I don't think ANY player should be an automatic selection. My point was that Deacon has hardly been setting the world alight over the last few years (when fit that is) and yet he seems to get picked regardless. Yes, he did put in a good performance against Wakey but, IMO, he needs to continue and improve those performances
