Dunno yet, we'll see if we ever put a consistant run of good victories together when all are playing well.

He'll never be an all time great but with the lines that he was running and the fast, aggressive way that he was running them in the last half hour on Sunday, I think he looks like he could be really rather good. He's still young (there's a widespread expectancy in the game that good players should have proven themselves by the time that they're about 20 - this need not be so) and needs others playing to him, but he could be the next Sonny Medley. Also needs a bit of work on defence.

Old Mr Jones went to his surgery for his annual health check. The practice nurse said to him, Mr Jones you have to stop masturbating. Why, he said. Because I'm trying to examine you she replied

All this off the field talk is fine, but where is it getting the team ?

When do we start taking bets on which player will give a statement after their next loss.

Assuming they will lose again soon

I can't understand it, look at the top 3 sides in the league. You've had 5 points off them.

Quite. You need to join the club, we've got red amber and black uniforms and everything

The team seems to be able to raise itself for periods in games to compete against anybody, playing the top three seemed to focus the attention for different reasons more and so the periods of good play in each of those games was longer and so the results came.

I'm more and more convinced its all in the players heads, its a mental/attitude/concentration/teamwork/whatever issue rather than a simple skills (or lack of) issue. Which is a worry as I'd rather it was something that could be fixed in skills training and drills, but this seems more complex, and training is only a part of it, and why I dont think there is a quick fix.

And to think when we drew at home to Hull KR some people on here were distrught that we'd thrown a point away!

Bradford gave us Hockney, Leeds gave us Moyles.

Morrison's blog

I think it was down to personal preparation, rather than team preparation. There has been some stuff in the paper saying we may have taken it a bit lightly and I can't speak for individuals but as a team we definitely put in 100% and the Coaches worked really hard to give us everything we needed and get us up for the game. They couldn't have done any more but perhaps one or two individuals weren't there on the day and with the tightness of the competition nowadays, you can't afford that.

I agree. There's been lots of these sort of snide comments through the year. Maybe it might shake afew trees if names were mentioned. Naming and shaming the players in question can't hurt their performance as on average this season I don't think many players could play worse
