Crossley is ready, a big improvement on kopczak..

I`d either let hyde get 20 mins off bench by subbing tadulala/sherriffe for halley and dropping hyde into fb or give him 20 at s/o, drop cook play whitehead/donaldson, put jefferies 7, sykes 6 and put menzies/olbison centre while crookes is still out.

Maybe even either start godwin at 9 and put horton bench or drop headless chicken completely and play newton 9 and horton bench, I`d rather have someone who cant defend than someone who cant lead us round field.

It clearly makes sense to salvage something from the remains of the season by giving the juniors a chance. But lets not go overboard and play too many at the same time. That will do them no favours. The best approach would be to rotate Whithead, Donaldson, Hyde, Crossley etc so that two of them are included in the 17 for the remaing games.

Why dont we get the reporters in and go for most brothers in a match.

There is so little to play for, and quite candidly the way they are playing, points for wins will be very scarce. Surely the time has arrived when a few of the youngsters can be given a decent trial, and not the usual four minutes. Already Saints are giving try outs to reserves for half back places, and I note Wigan were not disgraced when they did a similar thing earlier in the season. I don't think anyone is proposing a large number of the youngsters playing, but surely now is the time to see test what appears to be the most promising of them a chance to show just what they can do.

The play-offs are only a mathmatical possiblity now. We'd need the team to actually learn how to play RL at a proffessional level to have any chance of even getting close
