Very good signing and the right sort of age aswell. From what i've seen he's determined, fast and has occasionally looked a little like Roby on how fast he jumps into the oppositions line from the PTB. Good signing, now where's our half-back macca?

Hope you're right, I guess we'll see. Hooker is so important nowadays it's absolutely key that we get the right replacement for Newton.

I'm surprised that the title of the article wasn't "Bulls swoop for third Sea Eagle" .

I'm also surprised that it says he'll be fighting it out with Godwin for the starting Hooker role. No he won't

Your spot on, 6/7/9, Without quality there we wont challenge, I've been of the opinion that idealy we need a new player in all 3 spots - 9 was the priority once it was confirmed Newton was leaving, this is Macca punt on 9, its looks a decent bet to me at this stage. But I guess we wont know for sure untill nest spring.
