Going from the info on Wiki, his list of serious injuries looks as follows:

2001 - Makes NRL debut
2002 - No serious injuries
2003 - Serious neck injury, career prolonged through use of special neck brace
2004 - Still troubled with neck injury, misses early part of season
2005 - Misses SOO series due to injury
2006 - Injured for beginning of season, makes comeback in SOO series
2007 - Injured during SOO series, out for rest of season
2008 - Injured during World Cup
2009 - Serious injury in third game of season which has ruled him out for the entire season.

This guy looks to have had more serious injuries than Glenn Morrison, and that's going some!
