Jowitt moving into the starting FB spot seems like the most logical step. Perhaps having Jowitt at 1 was always going to be the long term strategy once he was fully fit and Walker headed back to Super League.

Don't think this would make sense for Walker to go and sit on a bench until Coote is injured. He needs to be playing games consistently after his injury issues.

As disappointed as I am to see him go, it could be decent business this for us. He's probably one of our highest paid players and unless Coote gets injured, I can't see him getting in the KR team, so he could still turn out for us while KR pay his wages.

I don't blame him and Bull Mania makes a great point re salary however what a kick in the teeth that must be for the coaching and medical staff (well those who are left). I can only imagine it is a difficult job at the best of times let alone when you spend most of week guessing who is available to select, Lee Greenwood in recent interviews has said as much and a number of players have returned to their parent clubs.

As a side note, Hull KR, a cracking club and heading in the right direction, good luck to them.

Given the amount of games he has played, I guess we can't miss what we've not really had. I was looking forward to seeing him string some games together though. I guess if he does return on loan, it's not the Bulls paying his wages if he picks up a knock.
