| Leigh Beattie has now resigned from his role as Reserves & Academy Head Coach.
Has he quit to join Dunning at MH?

| Sounds as if that might be the plan. Who's going to take over as boss of our newly accredited academy?
The very perfunctory official statement made by the Bulls about Beattie leaving is a bit disappointing. He did did a lot to keep the academy going during very difficult times and I hope he gets a better send off than this.

| Interim coaches Greenwood and Noble are 3/3. Why are these two getting better performances than what Dunning was?
Also I really like how Greenwood comes across in his post match interviews. Honest, to the point. Wants to learn from whoever the new coach is. So hopefully he stays on as assisstant.

| The timing was helpful I suppose. Dunning was sacked just at a point when several of our senior players were available again and we had a run of teams below us in the league. If it is due to greenwood & nobby then that brings me to wonder what they were doing in their supporting roles over the past 6 months?

| Dunning's first game ended in a thrashing at home to Doncaster.

| Dunning talking about his new club:
"Everything is there to make this work, along with the backing of a well-funded board with realistic ambitions"
A veiled dig at our BoD?

Can’t see it being a dig. I mean we’re better funded this season than any other season we’ve had barring 2016. Walker, Thompson, Lawrence, Patton and Holmes won’t be cheap. Neither will Segeyaro.

| Probably more the realistic ambitions meaning he’s not expected to get them promoted immediately.

Gotta wonder if the alignment of those two circumstances led Nobby to horse whisper to Wood that his horoscope deemed that this was the time to send Dunning packing. He was at Toronto with Mr Integrity after all.
