I'll wait and see, without being rude this is a whole different level to a new coach.

I don't know Frank Whitcombe from Surely not or el red and whether this is a done deal, a blessing in disguise or fart in a spacesuit then until there's a statement from the Bulls I'm not getting carried away with anything.

A little update regarding the claiming back of season pass monies:

I called the bank number on Thursday, got through to a south Asian call centre, and after some awkward conversation with someone who didn't understand the concept of a season ticket I was told I required written proof from insolvency service that the Bulls were in admin.

So that phone call went nowhere. Here's hoping that next season's ticket will be valid as the 3rd payment is due this week.

Okay, I know nothing at all - it will all be public soon enough anyway. Clearly nondisclosure agreements mean just that, I thought I'd just chip in and share that the new ownership has rugby experience in their ranks, a few quid, will provide stability, care about our heritage for a reason and thankfully we still have a club.

As for my previous credibility does it matter one way or another, I have a mate at the club who gave me the nod on Ronan, until that point he'd never been mentioned. I'm neither clairvoyant or bothered whether people think I'm right or not.

Maybe that same mate has given me a similar nod on this or maybe it's all in my mind cos I really have nothing better to do.

I thought we all supported the same club, sometimes on here you really wouldn't know it - the brotherly love is frightening.....

That's the spirit!

Either way it's someone (yourself) saying something that may or not may not be proven until it is.

Conversely lifting the lid a little will get the apparent "tell us more" from people wanting the gossip, some revel in that.

All I'm saying is when there's a statement I'll believe that, your source in the club may have it wrong too.

The insider info is appreciated, but has to be taken at face value IMO.

... so some sort of consortium then? I'm all for that. I think we've had enough of the well-meaning individual who doesn't seem to want to work with other interested people.

2015 - major missed opportunity, 2016 - stronger teams = harder task (no problem there then), 2017 - OMG What now!!!

I'm confused. Frank is saying it's a done deal and in the administrator's update the solicitor involved said a sale agreement would be issued at the weekend.

Yet Richard Lamb is tweeting that final bids have to be in by Weds.

How can it be a done deal with one particular group if another interested party still believes he has 4 days to get his final bid in?

You are forgetting g the earlier press release stating it would be sorted by December 1st. They have to keep the monies coming into the business through ST sales and sales in the shop so putting out it was difficult and would take a while wouldn't help pay the wages.

There was no press release. There was an article in league expresss where the administrator said it COULD be sorted by the 1st.

You got it completely wrong, mate. The game was this: - you pretend you know nothing at all - so from a clean slate you make a wild guess on here who you would bet it will be - your wild guess could be right - could be wrong - so you wouldn't be betraying any confidence! :D
